This is a safe space for individuals to withdraw from substances. It is a 7 bed, non-medical, co-ed facility for men and women 16 years of age and older. This service is available to anyone under the influence of, or in withdrawal from substances. The average length of stay is 3-5 days. This service is voluntary and can be accessed by self-referral. Simply call to inquire about bed availability. These services are free of charge.
- A safe and supportive environment for individuals who are intoxicated, or experiencing withdrawal symptoms
- Supportive counselling to individuals throughout the withdrawal process
- Complete treatment planning and referrals,
- Psycho-education groups offered daily
- Individuals are connected with other community service providers, as appropriate
- Initiation or re-initiation of Opioid Agonist Treatment is facilitated
- AA and NA meetings offered on-site
- On-site Nurse Practitioner and Indigenous Substance Use Care Partner M-F
